If you are looking for insoles for shoes that are particularly narrow, we would recommend going with the 3/4 length version of these insoles.

If you've not needed to use insoles before, you might be confused as to the benefits of a full-length insole vs a shorter 3/4 length insole. Full length insoles are great for supporting the entire foot and they are also less likely to slip around in shoes.
