You will notice below you have a choice between tips with a diameter of 2.5mm or tips with a diameter of 4.0mm. We recommend that you use 2.5mm tips for treating children, and 4.0mm tips for treating adults.

How Do I Charge the HEINE Mini 3000 Otoscope?

Charging your HEINE Mini 3000 LED Otoscope is extremely simple. Simply place two AA batteries within the battery port and then turn your device on and it will be fully charged and ready to go.

HEINE have included a performance indicator and fade out function that work together to warn you when your batteries are running low. Firstly the performance indicator (a bright light that is always shining) will be brightly lit to ensure you that the device is working and it is fully charged. When the light starts to fade out, it corresponds with your battery level, meaning that you know exactly when the device is running low on power.

Caring for your pack is easy, especially as the single use AllSpec Disposable Tips can simply be discarded after use. Your Mini 3000 Otoscope is easy to clean, as it features a swivelling window that can be moved to reach the more intricate areas of the product. At this point you want to clean the outside with a soft cloth, the inside with a cotton wool bud and if necessary you can soak each in alcohol.
