Beginner Foot Orthoses

Versatile, easy to use and low volume in shoes, the X-Line Insoles are ideal for those who have just begun using orthotics. The insoles are flat bottomed so if required you can easily add a wedge (not included with this purchase). The deep heel cup offers more stability and added patient comfort, while the midfoot saddle improves biomechanical control.

Who Can Benefit from the X-Line Insoles?

By gently cradling the arch and heel, the X-Line Insoles can reduce the strains and stresses within the foot, taking the discomfort out of being on your feet all day. They were developed by British biomechanical experts to relieve big toe joint pain, arch and heel pain, ankle and shin discomfort, as well as relieve the general foot, leg and back complaints related to running, walking or standing.

What's the Difference Between X-Line and X-Line Extra Insoles?

These insoles are also available as the X-Line Extra Insoles. This updated version provides a similar level of support, but is supplied with a choice of 4° and 8° rearfoot posts to minimise pressure on the Achilles tendon and provide a small amount of extra cushioning to the heel.

Comfort at last

Having had plantar faciitus for some months now these insoles are a godsend. Although my walking is limited it would be non existant without these.

I was given this type by the podiatry dept at the hospital a few years ago and have stuck with them ever since. They do what they say they do! Good product.
