Alerta Safety Side Bed Wedge Set

The Alerta Safety Side Bed Wedge Set is designed to protect those in care and help keep them comfortably positioned in bed. It provides back and side support for patients while stopping them from slipping down the bed. Made from a high density foam with an easy to clean polyurethane fabric cover, it has a draw sheet and two built-in straps that secure the wedge set to the bed.
