Ferno Frac Straps

When you are called out to a rescue, there is no telling what sort of scenario you may encounter. The patient could have suffered from a range of different injuries and even the most organised rescuer can only have so much equipment with them. But without being able to support an injured limb, moving the patient may not be an option.

With the Ferno Frac Straps, you can be prepared for anything that may come your way. The straps give you the ability to support an injured limb, from the collar bone down to your toes, without having to take any additional equipment with you.

Features of the Ferno Frac Straps

The frac straps are ideal for providing a temporary solution to an injury. The easy to use straps can be left on during the X-ray process to help to minimise the discomfort and distress for the patient. Strapping a suspected fracture will help to prevent further damage.

The following items are available in the kit:

• Two long orange straps
• Two short burgundy straps
• One wide burgundy strap
• One pad
• One storage wallet

This combination ensures the straps are suitable for a wide range of different fractures and can be safely stored when not in use.

All of the straps have hard-wearing Velcro fastenings that secure the strap and makes sure it is a tight fit around the injured limb. All of the products are easy to clean and durable as they are made from a tough, hygienic and vinyl-coated nylon fabric.
