The Vulkan AE Advanced Elastic Knee Support provides pain relief for swollen, tender, or injured knees. It encourages healing following injury, and can soothe the effects of a range of existing conditions.

The support is also ideal for more specific and reoccurring conditions such as knee instability, cold-sensitive joints, bursitis, and patellar injuries such as runner's knee. Materials of the AE Knee Support

The AE Knee Support is made from a four-way stretch Nano Flextra material that combines support and compression to stimulate blood flow during activity. This helps to quicken the natural healing process, thus alleviating pain and speeding up recovery of the injured area.

The material is lightweight and slimline in design, making it ideal for wearing underneath clothing. As the breathable fabric also contains antibacterial properties, it can be worn for extended periods of time without compromising hygiene or comfort.

I bought this support after having a few months of minor knee pain when running and cycling. I had the ankle equivalent and found this to be very effective post training for support and compression. I think the knee joint makes perfecting a support like this difficult, in defence of the support. But, I have a narrow knee and large calves and quads so the top and bottom tend to scrunch down towards my knee during movement. This rules out exercising in the support for me. It may work better for someone with a straighter leg? However, the support does provide good compression after training so I use it more for aiding recovery than support during a workout. For this purpose it is worth the money but I can't give it more stars as for me it doesn't work for what the description says, that is, training in. Otherwise a decent product.

This is a really tight & flexible knee support & when running around a tennis court, you don't really notice it is there.

This Knee Support is the second of the same design that I have purchased in 4 years,the previous one is perfectly intact after wearing it constantly and this second purchase is to support my other knee. I am more than delighted with the quality and strength that they afford me.

I have struggled to find a good knee support for running with as they are usually too bulky or don't fit right but this one fits perfectly, it's quite stretchy so it doesn't roll down when running.
