The Donjoy Reddie Knee Brace is available in seven sizes. To find out which size is right for you, please measure the circumference of your thigh 15cm above the centre of the kneecap.

What If My Measurement Means I Fall On a Sizing Boundary?

If your measurements fall on a sizing boundary, we recommend you select the larger size for optimum comfort. We would also recommend this if you are concerned about tightness or have a condition where compression would cause issues.

Indications of the Reddie Knee Support

The Donjoy Reddie Brace can be used for a number of indications, including the following:

  • LCL sprains
  • Mild arthritis
  • Mild global instabilities
  • Mild MCL
  • Post arthroscopic meniscectomy

Open Popliteal Design

The Donjoy Reddie Brace is designed with an open popliteal. This tends to be more comfortable than closed patella supports, particularly when you're walking or running. If you suffer from a knee injury already, a closed popliteal can also irritate the area and exacerbate your discomfort.

Strong and Stable Wraparound Construction

The Reddie Knee Brace is constructed from neoprene, which can easily be wrapped around your knee during application. This means you don't have to waste precious time applying the brace before you're ready to go out.

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and often dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

Was not able to replace my first Donjoy knee brace as it was no long in production, but this is an excellent substitute, so much so I shall be ordering another one.

ACL ligament tear recovery

Having torn through 90% of my ACL I am being somewhat cautious in my recovery. I was rigid splinted for 3 months so there is much work to do. Although not wearing any support around the house, a brace is both protection for the knee and added confidence for me when out and about.
With limited bend the sleeve types are too awkward, ditto for rear fastening wraps. This is a front wrap and one of the very few large enough for my fat knee. The additional velcro straps make for perfect fitting and no slippage either over or under clothes. The hinges are robust and feel perfectly adequate. I find the oval hinge points better than round for a more natural bend and better position.
I haven't tried to limit the hinge range with the supplied pins and instructions but they look simple enough.
I dropped one star because the sizing is questionable. I measured and ordered accordingly but had to return it as too small. That meant paying postage. The larger size is much better.

Bought on behalf of a nursing home resident. Simple to order, arrived very promptly. Easy to use as it wraps round and then secures. Person using it is very happy with the fit and function. would happily buy the same again when the need arises.
