Donjoy Elbow Guard

Injuries to the elbow tend to be particularly painful, especially when you attempt to perform everyday activities as you usually would. The Donjoy Elbow Guard is designed by medical professionals with your needs in mind. Featuring bilateral polycentric hinges for flexion and extension control, the support helps protect the area and avoid hyperextension to facilitate healing.

Provides Excellent Protection

The Donjoy Elbow Brace is designed with an additional elbow pad to protect the area while you perform contact sports. This helps reduce the likelihood that you'll knock your elbow and suffer from painful repercussions. The support also features an 'X' strap to control hyperextension and therefore prevent your elbow from moving into potentially uncomfortable positions.

Indications of the Elbow Support

The Donjoy Elbow Support is designed for the following indications:

  • Hyperextension injuries
  • Mild-to-moderate medial or lateral injuries

Available in six sizes, the Donjoy Elbow Support provides you with a more personalised fit to improve the efficacy of the product. To find the size you require, please measure your arm at the mid bicep.

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and often dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Finally ,I have found a product that works !
After many purchases over many years , I now have what I was looking for . The Donjoy elbow guard is a well made , tough and fairly discreet ( almost undetectable under clothing ) . It protects the whole elbow with padding and support but allows full movement with use of hinges that prevent over extension . I wear it with confidence that I am not going to damage the arm any further and am happy that it fits under clothing so does not attract attention from other people . Nothing else has been so easy to use on a daily basis .

I purchased this product to provide protection and support following bicep surgery. It provides support around the elbow joint, with the added benefit of adjustable cross bracing to prevent hyperextension.

Note: If in doubt about your arm size or if you have relitively large forearms, I would recommend going one size larger as the front cuff can be tight.

All in all, I'm impressed with the product and in particular, the speedy delivery given I ordered it just a few days before Christmas.

Donjoy elbow guard.

Bought this for my son who has problems with hyper extension of his elbows. He plays handball for Great Britain and this has allowed him to continue at this high level. Strongly recommend.

Hypermobility

I got this as I suffer from hypermobility in my elbows. This is very good as you can adjust the straps to suit your needs so it can be tightened so you can't straighten your arm or in my case so it won't bend too far backwards. Very well made and sturdy too.
