The Hinged Knee Support has been designed to provide support and pain relief for conditions affecting the area around the knee. The open patella brace features a padded buttress that provides optimal support when required around the patella. 

The dual pivot carbon fibre hinges control knee instability, helping to reduce associated pain, while the adjustable tension straps provide improved stability and additional compression. The knee support is also ideal for treating damaged medial or lateral ligaments, cartilage damage, and during rehabilitation following cruciate ligament injuries.

Materials of the Hinged Knee Support

The Hinged Knee Support features a unique three-layer material to utilise the healing properties of each individual fabric. The outer layer is made from a protective nylon, with a closed-cell neoprene layer and Aerotherm lining to follow. The neoprene provides compression and retains heat, which encourages blood flow to the injured area, thus prompting quicker healing.

The spiral lining of the Aerotherm allows air to circulate and remove perspiration from the skin, which will enhance both the comfort and the hygiene of the strap.
