Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and often dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Once the original packaging has been broken, we are unable to guarantee the quality and integrity of the product, and it is therefore unsuitable for resale. Returns are accepted if the product is returned in a resellable condition, in its original packaging within 30 days of the product being received. With regards to the pricing of our 10 Motives products, unfortunately due to rising inflation and the impact that this is having on supply chains and manufacturers, we have had to increase the price of our 10 Motives range. We do however remain as competitive as before in regard to the rest of the market and with relation to the RRP as found on the manufacturers website.

Was on 6mg and struggled with it and so I bought the 11mg, has a great pull just like a cigerette although just about can tell it a menthol. Good product though and is helping me cut down to eventually leave out the cigerettes altogether.

I have enjoyed this product for a few years and thought I would try a lower strength. I’m going back to 16 mg as it not strong enough for me and I like it minty. The 11 mg is just to mild for me
