Aircast A2 Wrist Brace

The Aircast A2 Wrist Brace comes with removable Dual Stabilisers, one dorsal and one volar, to effectively stabilise and support a variety of wrist injuries. This means that it provides a stay running up the inside of the wrist to the palm of your hand, and a stay running up the back of the arm and wrist. In effect, your wrist is stabilised and supported in between two rigid stays.

The Aircast A2 Wrist Brace with Thumb Spica is also available for purchase. This support provides targeted relief for thumb lesions and other injuries.

Although the Aircast A2 Brace holds your wrist in a stable and neutral position to facilitate healing, the support allows full finger dexterity. This ensures you're able to continue going about your daily activities. The stabilisers that help to control movement in the wrist can be removed, which is particularly useful if you've recovered from your injury or operation but want to continue supporting the area for your own peace of mind.

Contoured Design

The contoured design of the A2 Wrist Brace provides you with an outstanding fit and comfort, making this brace comfortable even when it's worn all day long. The volar stay used in the support is also malleable, allowing you to adjust it according to your needs. This is particularly useful since no two wrists are the same!

I didn't know how much relief this brace would bring but I have to say it's been absolutely astonishing. I've been using it for about 10 days now - wearing it an night only - and my fingers and hand are pain free.

Excellent wrist splint
Sunday, 26 April 2020  |

The splint is well made, very comfortable and seems to be doing the job well. Have been getting pins and needles at night (carpel tunnel) which has now eased considerably. You don’t know you’re wearing it once asleep! Thoroughly recommend it.

Absolutely does the job! Exactly what I wanted.
Friday, 27 March 2020  |

Afetr being diagnosed with arthritis in my right hand and wrist, I first of all tried a brace with just a single splint (under the wrist).

This was fine for restricting downward movement, but the pain occurred when I moved my hand upwards at the wrist with my fingers extended.

So, I decided to look for a brace that would completely immobilise my wrist - these were relatively hard to find - the first double wrist brace I tried had a thumb hole that restricted blood flow to my thumb - after 15 minutes of wearing this one I took it off, reverted to my single brace and returned the double brace for a refund (which has since been provided).

I then found the Aircast A2 Wrist Brace - it was dispatched very quickly and arrived soon thereafter.

I wore it for a week and, (in conjunction with medication prescribed by my GP), the pain has almost, thankfully, disappeared.

I'm hoping that the pain doesn't re-appear when I stop taking the medication in a week's time, but if it does, the Aircast A2 Wrist Brace will again feature largely in my life.

It's so comfortable to wear and easy to adjust that, apart from the immobilisation of my wrist, I hardly know I'm wearing it both day and night.

Excellent Purchase
Friday, 22 November 2019  |

So pleased that I found this on a Google search. I had been having ulnar nerve pain resulting in loss of strength and inability to grip or carry things for several months, couldn't even grip my sleeve to pull it up to wash my hands! I had had some physio which didn't help any so thought I'd try this,
From the moment I put it on the pain was relived and my strength and grip returned, I couldn't believe how good it was! It is comfortable to wear, but in order to maintain full mobility in my wrist, and now that the pain has been relived, I leave it off for most of the day and only have to wear it when I know that I'm going to have to lift or carry heavy objects which would set the pain off again. I would fully recommend this product for people with similar problems to mine, worth every penny. Thank you so much.

Very Comfortable
Thursday, 10 October 2019  |

I am currently wearing my wrist brace overnight and for extended periods during the day. When not over tightened, it is both comfortable and still feels effective and my carpel tunnel pain is diminishing.
