Heel Lifts from Health and Care

Heel lifts can be used as part of Heel Lift Therapy, to restore foots normal contour as a non-invasive treatment. Here at Health and Care we have a variety of heel lifts available for gradual heel lifts and fixed degree heel lifts.
Here are 3 of our most popular heel lifts:
Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lift
This Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lift is a fully adjustable heel lift with three layers of 3.0mm rubber and a comfortable 1.0mm leather top cover.
The top layer of leather makes the Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lift more of a lift rather than a pad - similar looking products with a nylon top are generally too soft and spongy to serve as heel lifts.
The main advantage of the Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lift is that you do not need to remove the insole or footbed of your shoe to use it as the top leather cover is absorbent and comfortable underfoot. The Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lift is best used in closed-heel shoes or sandals.
The long constant slope of the Clearly Adjustable Heel Lift supports the arch and avoids bridging the heel and ball of the foot, reducing arch stress. The firm, multi-layered Clearly Adjustable material does not cause heel rubbing in the shoe.
When placed under the insole, the Clearly Adjustable Heel Lift creates no additional bounce or heel motion in the shoe, unlike foam rubber or gel materials, and will not compress or lose its shape in use.
The transparency of the Clearly Adjustable Heel Lift makes it ideal for use in sandals and fitting to your shoe takes only seconds. The easy customisation of the Clearly Adjustable Heel Lift provides spot pressure relief for heel spurs or plantar warts and the fine control of elevation for best foot comfort. Peeling or replacing a layer changes elevation by 1mm, so that shoe lift height can be adjusted up or down at any time from 1 to 12mm.
The Clearly Adjustable Leg Length Discrepancy Insole is a therapeutic solution for leg length discrepancy. It is constructed from the same compliant transparent material as the Clearly Adjustable Heel Lift.
The slant or graduation of the heel lift tapers gradually almost to the metatarsal, minimising the angle at which the foot and ankle rests. This gradual slope minimises the change in ankle angle, unlike the slightly more acute angle of a heel lift. Therefore, when using the Clearly Adjustable Leg Length Discrepancy Insole, the foot can remain in a more level position, reducing related and unwanted changes in gait, foot pressure and Achilles tendon length.
