Will the Moldex Face Masks Prevent Coronavirus?

It is recommended by the UK Government that FFP3 Face Masks are used for helping to reduce the risk of coronavirus being transmitted. Moldex P3 Filters meet these guidelines, are suitable for use with biological agents of risk groups 2 and 3, and will filter 99.95% of harmful particles from the air. P3 filters have 50 times OEL (occupational exposure limit), meaning that they offer maximum protection against dust, smoke and mist.

Please note that wearing P3 Masks and Filters is not an assured way to prevent coronavirus, and no face mask is a replacement for good personal hygiene. Wearing a mask will, however, reduce the risks of harmful pathogens passing through the mask and entering through your nose and mouth.
