MedSpec ASO Ankle Stabiliser Brace

Lightweight but strong, the MedSpec ASO Ankle Stabiliser Brace is a discreet aid that does not compromise reliability in design. The brace offers stability and top of the range medio-lateral control of the ankle, helping to prevent injury if you have suffered from ankle rollover in the past.

How Does the MedSpec ASO Provide Stability?

The Stabiliser Brace offers speed and convenience with its unique laced enclosure design, which provides you with a high level of ankle support. This ankle brace is also designed for easy application, meaning that you don't have to worry about struggling to fit the brace.

Does the MedSpec ASO Brace Provide Compression?

The elastic cuff of the MedSpec ASO Ankle Brace helps to apply a little bit of compression to your ankle. This can be adjusted with the laced-enclosure design, allowing you to tweak your brace to a level that is both comfortable and supportive.

Figure of Eight Strapping

The ASO Ankle Stabiliser includes figure of eight strapping which mimics taping application for optimised comfort during use. For further support, the product also includes medial and lateral plastic stays which can be removed if the user wishes.

Who Can Use the Ankle Stabiliser?

The Ankle Stabilising Brace is suitable for a range of issues, including:

  • Inversion sprains
  • Eversion sprains
  • Medial instability
  • Lateral instability
  • Subtalar joint instability

In addition to this, the MedSpec ASO Ankle Brace is ideal for use by sportspeople, providing protection against ankle turning while being breathable and comfortable.
