Features of the Model Brain Section

The Model Brain Section consists of an incredibly detailed cross-section of the right-hand side of the brain including a portion of the skull. The pia mater of the brain is not included with the Model Brain Section.

The Model Brain Section is double-sided a finely coloured in order to provide a very detailed demonstration of the structures of the brain. One surface of the Model Brain Section shows the internal structures along the median line of the brain including a section of the fax cerebri. A sagittal cut on the reverse of the Model Brain Section shows the lateral ventricle.

The Model Brain Section also comes with a key card for reference.
