good but problem with side mounted volume control
Tuesday, 10 July 2018  |

I purchased this system for my Mum - the phones are good with excellent boost for the hard of hearing. The buttons are big and mostly clear. Access to the phone book would have been better on its own button.

The issue my Mum has is with the volume up/down which are mounted on the side of the handset in the place she holds the handset. She has a hand tremor so has to grip the handset firmly, and midway up the handset. This results in volume changes as she picks up the phone.
