Heating Instructions

1. Ensure the microwave plate is clean and without any residue in order to avoid burns to the material.
2. Heat the pack for 60 seconds at 600W.
3. Remove from microwave and check the temperature. 
4. If further heating is required, shake the pad, turn over and repeat for 20 seconds.
5. Check again and if necessary repeat until the desired temperature is reached.
