Not too well at moment as I do not know whether palm of hand is supposed to rest on support all the time or only when working the hand. It seems to be in the way in between working the hand.

With regard to the issue you are having, we can confirm that the "anatomical stay" should be on the palm-side of your wrist when the brace is worn correctly. This ensures the median nerve remains uncompressed and that the tendons and ligaments in the wrist that are aggravated in individuals with carpal tunnel syndrome are correctly supported and isolated.

I wear this wrist support mostly during the day and I purchased a different one for sleeping. This one is less restrictive and allows me to get on with most of my daily activities. It is easy to put on and take off whenever necessary.

This item is next to useless. When applied to my wrist the velcro is so strong it is impossible to remove myself. Even my wife struggles to remove it and the pulling around of my wrist when doing so does it no good at all. I am returning it to you.
