Pro11 Orthotic Insoles with Metatarsal Pad are available in five different sizes that should suit most adults. To find your best size, simply match your shoe size to the table below.

To ensure a precise level of fit, we recommend removing the existing insole from your shoes and measuring the length and width at the widest and longest point. Match this width to the dimensions listed below in order to find the pair that will best fit your shoes.

How thick are Pro11 Insoles?

Why Is Arch Support Important?

The Orthotic Insoles with Metatarsal Pad and Arch Support provide arch support to relieve plantar fasciitis and correct over-pronation to improve the natural posture of the feet. By realigning the bones of the feet and ankles, these insoles can relieve ankle, knee, hip and lower back pain caused by incorrect foot posture.

Metatarsal Cushion

The Pro11 Insoles with Metatarsal Pad and Arch Support provide cushioning under the first metatarsal bone to reduce pressure and shock in this area during propulsion. This helps to relieve pain and discomfort in this part of the foot. This cushioning also allows plantar flexion of the first ray and facilitates the Windlass Mechanism to stabilise the foot during propulsion.

I bought these due to excellent reviews but they don't offer me enough support or pain relief.

Although I must emphasise that I'm not convinced that my medical diagnosis is correct and suspect I have more than just a fallen arch.

Product quality and service delivery is excellent.

I'm happy with my insoles. They are quite rigid, cut easily to get into my shoe and support my insole perfectly. Had plates and pins in my foot a couple of years ago so am using these to correct my walk.

I have changed my walking shoes and also my inserts and wanted to make sure my feet adapted to the change as comfortable as possible. I certainly made the right choice with my arch supports. Look forward to miles & miles of walking.

I thought there would be more padding/support under the ball of the foot area. These do slightly improve existing insoles but only a little bit.

Easy to trim and very comfortable.
Only down side is if they get wet, like getting court out in the rain, I dont think they'll hold together very well
