1000 Mile Anklet Sock

The 1000 Mile Anklet Sock is a sock within a sock. The inner layer stays with the foot, the outer layer moves with the shoe, eliminating friction on the skin and reducing wear.

The unique mixture of fibres in the 1000 Mile Anklet Sock helps to keep the feet cool and dry during activity.

The 1000 Mile Anklet Sock is available in white, black, pale blue, pink and navy. Please note: The pale blue, pink and navy are only available in ladies sizes.

The 1000 Mile Anklet Sock is available in 5 different sizes.

Ladies Small	3 - 5.5
Ladies Medium	6 - 8.5
Mens Medium	6 - 8.5
Mens Large	9 - 11.5
Mens X Large	12 - 14

Please note the ladies sizes are for width fitting AAA - B and mens D - 4E. Choose the same size sock as your foot size. If you have narrow feet (D or less for men, B or less for ladies) or are on the border between sizes, you should go down a size.

The sock should be a snug fit with no wrinkles.

Pull the sock on carefully to ensure fitted heel and toe box sit correctly on the foot.

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and often dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday.
