Extra Soft Gel Ball Hand Exerciser Pink

For those recovering from injury or looking to boost their hand strength, hand exercisers are a great way to gain dexterity, strength and movement. The Extra Soft Gel Ball Hand Exerciser Pink is pleasant to touch and returns back to its original shape after each squeeze. This extra soft ball is perfect for use in the clinic or at home, for exercise and rehabilitation programs.

Extra-Low Resistance

For those recovering from hand injuries, looking to strengthen their grip or increase their dexterity, a hand exerciser is exactly the product to help. This one in particular, made from a gel, provides the least resistance out of all the balls in this range. This low resistance makes it suited towards those either in the very beginning stages of their rehabilitation, or those with very weak hands looking to gain confidence in their grip.  The five different colour-coded resistances provided by the hand exercisers in this range make it a perfect aid for step-by-step rehab or strength building, allowing you to move at your own pace, set your own goals, and then enjoy the results.

Available Resistances

The Gel Ball Hand Exercisers are colour coded to provide variable resistance training for hands, fingers and forearms:

A Set of 5 Gel Ball Hand Exercisers is available for a complete rehabilitation program.

Bought for my mum in law, to strengthen her hands and improve range of movement. She loves using it and is finding that her hands and fingers are looser and less painful. Just for info, the extra soft pink ball was firmer than we imagined.

Bought a full set Gel Ball Hand Exercisers for a Rheumatology Department. Hope they are using these as recommended within clinics, wards and for blood works. The latter, Gel hand exercisers can aid in the extracting of blood as long used prior to. I use hand exercisers frequently to help reduce morning stiffness and increase circulation. Also GP surgeries use hand exercises to enable blood work while a person squeezes then release after the work is done. Also a good exercise for stress, squeeze and hold (using one in each hand) approx 10 counts then release.
