At the heart of the Ventstream nebuliser is the innovative jet design which produces consistent high quality aerosol (<5 microns) from nebuliser to nebuliser, treatment after treatment. Ventstream has been designed for the delivery of inhaled steroids or antibiotics, in addition to a bronchodilator.

Ensuring That You Select The Correct Nebuliser

The matching of a nebulizer and compressor is important to achieve optimal performance. The system consists of two main component parts. The Porta-neb compressor and the Sidestream or Ventstream nebulizer which can be used with either a mouthpiece or face mask. Sidestream and Ventstream nebulizers are designed to reach optimum performance when driven by a matched compressor delivering high flow rates (6.0 L/min).
