Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and often dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

Exactly what I wanted

Being the owner, previously, of a rechargeable massager I feel qualified to compare.
The rechargeable massager charging time was roughly 30 minutes (which is very quick)- but out of this you were lucky to get 10 minutes of use - usually 5. It was very expensive and was extremely awkward to use and was very heavy.

The Beurer MG40 is corded so never runs out on you (I feel the cord is quite short but I am sure that is for some safety reason but it would be good if it was longer so that you wouldn't have to sit beside the wall to use it- an extension lead will sort this problem). The Beurer is not so heavy (but of solid construction) so makes for easier use. It has a four position neck for targeting the problem areas. The head rotates to allow access to the gentle infra-red light.

The vibration is not as harsh as my previous massager, but it does the job and is a lot more pleasant.
It comes with four heads which are just right for targeting problem areas.
The service I got from Health and Care was second to none. My item arrived within days and was well packaged and there was no delivery charge. Excellent. I am sure that if there had been an issue it would have been dealt with in the same manner as my order.
I will use this company again for any further Health and Care item I may require.
