Scar Management Mini Massager

Having scars can be embarrassing, especially when they appear on prominent areas of the skin or body (e.g. on the face). The Scar Management Mini Massager helps restore normal range of motion, strength and mobility to the injured tissue. Scar massage is a common method of remodelling scar tissue, which can help blood circulation in the area.

How Does the Mini Scar Massager Work?

The Mini Massager is battery operated and vibrates at approximately 5500 cycles per minute. This compact but powerful massager includes three heads for a concentrated massage in specific areas chosen by you. You should choose the attachment head most suitable for the area being massaged, or else the cover can be left on for large muscle areas. The kit includes the following:

1 x Scar Management Mini Massager
1 x Ball head attachment
1 x Spot head attachment
1 x Flat disc attachment
1 x Battery

Who Can Use the Scar Management Massager?

The Massager is specifically used to help improve scar tissue. Its compactness allows you to carry it around with you, which is especially useful if you go away on holiday. You also don't need to plug the Mini Scar Massager into the mains; all you need is a battery and you're ready to go (please note: a battery is included with the Mini Massager).

Can I Use the Massager On Surgery Scars?

While the Mini Massager is indicated as suitable for use on scar tissue after surgery, we advise you consult with a medical professional to ensure your skin and underlying tissue is fully healed and healthy enough for treatment.

How Do You Use the Massager?

The Mini Scar Massager is extremely easy to use.

Choose between the three head attachments
Click the attachment of your choice onto the body of the scar massager
Place on the area you wish to treat
Turn the massager on
When treatment is complete, turn the massager off

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and often dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

This has helped my hand therapy so much

A massager similar to this one was use on my dislocated finger in therapy, the relief I found was so good (from aches and pains) I just had to get my own! This machine has worked so well and helping me make progress in the movement of my finger after surgery. Worth the purchase for sure!

Sorry to say this item worked well for 2 days and then stopped working -can't be the battery as this was a new one - all wrapped up in the delivery box. The switch seems a but suspect - feels a bit "loose"!
