Darco Puzzle Insole

Walking around with pressure acting on your plantar can be detrimental to your health, especially if you've recently had a foot operation and need to keep the pressure off your feet. The Darco Puzzle Insole features three interchangeable modules to tailor plantar offloading for individual requirements.

Individual Modules and Indications

The Puzzle Insole features three modules that can be replaced and changed to offer the required targeted support. The modules and related indications are as follows.

Small Toe Module (Narrow)

  • Tailor's bunions
  • Jones fracture

Large Toe Module (Wide)

  • Osteotomy: austin, scarf, akin, youngswick, etc.
  • Arthrodesis: lapidus, metatarsophalangeal (MTP) joint, base joint of the large toe

Middle Module

  • Weil and/or helal osteotomy I - IV
  • Morton's neuroma
  • Hammertoe and tailor's bunion corrections
  • Proximal interphalangeal (PIP) arthrodesis

As the modules can be interchanged and replaced accordingly, the insole can improve numerous and changing conditions. This makes the insole more versatile and convenient to use.

Compatibility

The Puzzle Insole is compatible with various Darco footwear to enhance the insole's support. By utilising the benefits of the insole modules with the Darco shoe, more tailored care can be provided for optimal pressure and pain relief.
