Powerstep Pinnacle Insoles are available in an amazing seven different sizes that should suit most adults. To find your best size, simply match your shoe size to the table below.

To ensure a precise level of fit, we recommend removing the existing insole from your shoes and measuring the width at the widest point as shown in the image below. Match this width to the dimensions listed below in order to find the pair that will best fit your shoes.

Wearing Directions for Powerstep Pinnacle 3/4 Length Orthotic Insoles

Firstly, remove any existing insoles and replace with the Powerstep Orthotic Insoles. Trim the edges of the insoles for an enhanced fit. Initially, if necessary, only wear for a few hours a day until the feet are better accustomed to better support, and then wear full time. Powerstep recommend wearing the insoles in all your shoes, even slippers, to give continuous foot support.

  • Not intended for persons with sever foot deformities or circulatory disorders resulting in infections or foot ulcerations.
  • Consult your podiatrist or medical professional before using.
  • Always consult a medical professional when experiencing persistent pain, discomfort or swelling.

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and often dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

The perfect insole

This orthotic sole does exactly what I need, which is provide some metatarsal arch support to avoid nerve impingement leading to the second and third toes. It is slim enough to fit in all my shoes, and will be a staple part of my footwear from now on.
