Langer Bio Advanced High Density 3/4 Length Insoles

Ensuring that you can give the best possible care for your patient's feet is a vital aspect of any shoe insole. Stock insoles offer this great level of support and correction without the time or cost needed to create custom styles. The Langer Bio Advanced High Density 3/4 Length Insoles are firm and hard wearing supports which aim to deliver a precise level of care to feet, all they require is a quick adjustment by your podiatrist and away you go!

Designed For Foot Care

The insoles feature a contoured arch support which supports the arch with every step. They help to reduce muscle fatigue and improve the foot's shock absorption.

Their deep heel cup gives heels stability and comfort while walking, running and even standing still for a prolonged period, and the 4° intrinsic rear foot support helps to normalise heel strike and reduce over-pronation.

These insoles are ideal for patients that require maximum control and correction, and can even be heat moulded for extra care.

Adjustable Design

The 3/4 length insoles include several components which enable you to tailor the insoles to your patient's specific need:

2 x heel cushions - helps combat plantar fasciitis
2 x 1st metatarsal plugs - helps with functional hallux limitus
2 x 4 degree rearfoot wedges - helps with over-pronation
2 x 5mm heel lifts - helps with leg length discrepancy
1 x calcaneal dell plug - helps heel spurs
