McDavid Hexpad Knee, Elbow and Calf Protective Pads

The McDavid Hexpad Knee Elbow and Calf Protective Pads are designed specifically for these fragile joints. This quality Hexpad features individual closed cell foam pads laminated onto a strech nylon/Lycra compression sleeve. This provides an improved fit, protection and comfort.

The ultra lightweight Hexpads are breatheable and flexible, conforming to ones natural body movements. Due to their veratile nature, these Knee, Elbow and Calf Protective Pads are suitable to be used for almost any activity. However, the are not recomended for court sports.

The McDavid Hexpad Knee Elbow and Calf Protective Pads consist of a 85% nylon /15% spandex sleeve and EVA foam laminated pads.

How does Hexpad Technology work?

McDavid's patented Hexpad technology consists of hexagonal cutouts of a shock-absorbing athletic-foam adhered to the textile of the sports apparel. This allows for a lightweight and flexible guarment, which is however very effective in providing potection against impacts.

All McDavid Hexpad garments also employ hDc technology. This makes moisture spread widely throughout the synthetic textiles allowing it to evaporate quicker. This enables the athlete to control his body temperature better, saving valuable energy in the process.

Moreover, the unique design of Hexpad allows for air to circulate amongst the protective hexagonal units. This allows for the guarment to breath and the athlete to cool-off.

Hexpad apparel provides a unique combination of light comfortable protection, which enhances the confidence and performance of the athletes wearing Hexpad, making the game more enjoyable for everyone.

I have Huntington's Disease and fall quite often. I bought these in the hopes of helping reduce injury to my elbows and knees. So far they've been really good. Comfy to wear and fit under my clothing.
