Excellent product.. Has really helped.. I am on my feet for 7 hours a day and using these is like wearing my slippers all day.. Would definitely recommend if you have Plantar Fasciitis.. Thankyou for such a great product.

Knowing how long it takes to obtain nhs diagnosis, I self diagnosed my complaint. Relief was immediate and most welcome. With recommended exercise the gel heels will almost do the job, however I have since purchased the full inner sole and conclude the arch support provided has hastened a cure.

I bought these because I have a haglunds deformity in my heel, basically a lump at the back of my heel. I have had problems with shoes rubbing at the back, and also wearing my shoes out very quickly. Is saw there heel cups and thought I would try them, so far so good, although I could have done with them slightly higher at the back, but my shoes are so much better with them.
