SpenCore for Impact Absorption

The Spenco Heel Cushions feature a special layer of SpenCore material that is specifically designed to absorb shock and impact, in turn providing optimal comfort underfoot. The Silpure antimicrobial fabric also helps to prevent blisters and control odours, helping to keep feet both fresh and free from pain.

How Do I Use the Heel Cushions?

To use the RX heel inserts, place them at the back of your shoes, with the green side facing upwards. If the cushions are a little too big, they can be trimmed down to size.

How Thick Are the Heel Cushions?

Each heel cushion measures 6.86cm (1/4 inch). This provides reliable cushioning, and can also be used to offer a slight heel lift.

How Do I Wash the Heel Inserts?

The Spenco heel inserts can be hand washed in warm water. They must then be air dried before use.
