The Globex Evacuation Chair is supplied with user instructions that are on the front of the chair so anyone can use the chair to help evacuate another person from a building. The chair must be used by one person to do the lifting and one person in the evacuation seat. However, if you are evacuating upwards or over obstacles, then two users must be used to lift the chair.
