I’ve been using the splint for a week at night now & my arm/hand feels better.already.
The numbness in my fingers is almost gone & although it’s taking some getting used to wearing the splint in bed as I’m a side sleeper, the relief is well worth me persevering.

Difficult to put 2 on if your on your own

Having worn a similar product for over a year with 4 Velcro straps I decided to upgrade to more of a sleeve type support to aid in putting it on alone. This product is still a little fiddly as the Velcro are individual flaps you have to hold together whilst trying to get the right tension. But it’s doable after a few nights of practice. My previous product had straps that looped through a buckle so you could put on loosely and tension each strap afterward. On a plus side despite being more fiddly this strap has wider flaps and much more comfortable.

The product in comparison is softer and slightly more comfortable however it is thicker and I find it warmer but during the warmer months (probably a plus for healing) also a slight bit more padded, I’m not sure if it will be too warm but I cannot comment on that yet.

The logo white tag is made from rubber type material and has sharp corners and for me sits in the inner bicep this is quite sharp when you move and it touches the chest however the worst part is the Velcro strip that covers the ally piece, the corners at the top and bottom of the strap are unbelievably sharp when touched against your body, I lived with it for a week as you kind of avoided moving, I resorted to using a nail file to take the edge off as I was in a hotel at the time with no scissors, it worked a treat and now much more comfortable and no fear of stabbing your self during a good nights sleep.

Sort this out and you have a comfortable and possibly more durable product than the slightly cheaper alternatives.

This is a fantastic product.
I was previously having difficulty sleeping due to cubital tunnel syndrome pain in both arms.
Since using these, my arms are supported well and the pain has gone.

The splint arrived really promptly, within 48 hours. It is quite large for a small adult. It is a little cumbersome to put on with only one hand. This would be improved if the straps had loops. It only has one metal support to keep the arm straight but this works for me. It is comfortable to wear for sleeping if you need a splint for the ulnar nerve, and I don’t need painkillers to allow me to sleep so that is good. I am hoping wearing it at night will help to alleviate the pain in my wrist, arms and fingers during the day.

I didn't expect the splint to be very helpful but it has helped me an awful lot. My fingers don't go numb all day any more and I am very happy with this product.

I have only just begun wearing the splint, so long term relief doesn't apply as yet, but the splint is easy to put on, and is comfortable to wear overnight.

Bought this item for Cubital Tunnel issue, not easy to fit also does not stop arm movement. Allowing aluminium support inside support to, dig into forearm and bicep causing further discomfort.

This is well made, robust, perhaps a bit too bulky, and bought to stop me bending my arm during the night. Rigid stay made of metal feels durable unlike similar plastic ones and does the job. Dropped a star as it's difficult to secure well enough single-handedly to prevent it slipping down whilst sleeping. Keep having to pull it up which isn't ideal.

the splint works well..the only downside was the metal splint inside came through the Velcro in two places and I had to machine them closed...

My elbow splint arrived quickly and is easy to fit, sadly it wasn't what I needed as the problem is in my wrist, not my elbow. Having said that, the elbow splint kept my arm straight at night which is what I thought I needed. I've given it 4 stars because the product is excellent but it didn't address the problem I have.

I bought this to help prevent my elderly mother resting on her elbow when sitting in her armchair. This had resulted in a pain in her elbow akin to a tennis elbow.
It seems to have offered her some kind of relief as she can no longer rest on her elbow for long periods as before.

I ordered this as I have recently had the diagnosis of ulnar nerve dysfunction so wanted it to relive some pain - it doesn’t help at all it’s too large and it actually fits close on the nerve itself and irritates it more, wouldn’t recommend.

This was used as a replacement for what the NHS had made and gave me to help me keep my arm as straight as possible at night. It functions as a decent replacement but not the easiest to put on alone with the right amount of clamping. Overall, it does help with what I needed it for.

Very happy with my arm support and this has relieved some of the pain from my arm.

This splint was very comfortable and addressed my pain problem fairly well. There is a problem however with the metal support in the splint which easily tended to move out of it's security sleeve. It has a sharp edge and it should be restrained more within the splint. I have resolved this situation and use it every night.

After many disturbed nighs waking up with pain in various parts of arm from top of arm down to fingers I was told to try to sleep without bending your elbow, I found the HEALTH AND CARE site and found the perfect solution for my needs in the cubital tunnel syndrome elbow brace. I had immediate results, pain-free nights and waking up pain free. Although the brace will not cure my problem itself, hopefully physio therapy will cure the problem but I shall continue to wear the brace at night until then. Thank you.

Good product but made no difference to my wife's elbow

The elbow splint was as described, and arrived promptly, so I have no complaint and would use this company again. The splint hasn't helped my condition (peripheral neuropathy), but at least I know the cause isn't CTS.

The splint arrived the day after ordering. It is very well made. I wore it for 3 nights and it eased the discomfort. I have skinny arms - at the very lower limit of recommended size and I found it a bit loose, but it functioned well enough to give relief of symptoms. I would be happy to purchase again from this website.

I ordered this one day and it arrived the next .... great service. I found that I had to adjust the bar by 45 degrees as it was uncomfortable to wear and it probably took me a couple of nights to adapt to, but it has really helped me and I would recommend it.

The brace fitted quite well, although my arm is quite thin. I would prefer a pre-shaped brace at an 45 degree angle, rather than having to bend it myself. Also the velcro has already started coming undone, unfortunately. This is the only remark I have about the product. It does relieve symptoms.

The product is designed to keep your arms straight. Although it says that it is suitable for 45 degrees as well, this isn't the case. The strapping is uncomfortable at this angle and the whole thing is very bulky. I personally would be unable to sleep in this product

Excellent product and easy to use. Fits well and not too big even though I am a relative small female. It has helped to reduce symptoms of my Cubital Tunnel Syndrome and much nicer at night to wear then the NHS splint I was provided with especially in the hot weather. I bent the metal stay 45 degrees as instructions advised you could do so that my arm wasnt dead straight and it was very comfortable at night and definitely improved the condition. Well padded and well made

I have two of these braces, one for each arm (makes getting into bed fun). Overall, they have been very good for the ~1.5 months I have been using them, though some of the seams on one the braces have opened up a bit.

The product is well made and comfortable, especially after bending the insert a little to the recommended angle. After having my first round of physio for cubital tunnel syndrome my physiotherapist said that bending the elbow at night will hamper any physio. They didn’t have splints for the elbow so I decided to have a look for one online. This one came up in the search and had good reviews. The first night I wore it as it came and it helped a bit. After looking at other reviews some people said that they had bent the metal bar inside the splint to a 45° angle and that had helped more. Gave this a go the second night and it was a lot better. I was having a problem with the splint slipping down my arm in the night but an email to them and a swift response sorted that.

Once I had bent the aluminium stiffener slightly so that my arm wasn't so straight, the brace was quite comfortable to wear at night and resulted in relieving the numbness I had been getting in my fingers.

The splint is satisfactory and does what it is intended to do. However, the material used causes arm to get very warm and as I have arthritis in my hands the fastenings can be difficult. The ordering process was simpler and delivery excellent.

This is a good product which actually helps prevent my fingers going numb through the night.
The only problem I have with it is that it's so big and bulky. Doing different sizes instead of 1 size fits all would have been better.

I developed cubital tunnel syndrome in both arms after being off my feet for a few weeks and sitting/lying down lots. The arm splints keep my arms straight while in these positions and have so far prevented it getting worse. Not easy to fix on both arms yourself but I worked out that I can set the Velcro straps in the right position then slide the splints on each arm.

Comfortable to wear at night as easily adjustable.

Good product. It helped me at night to keep my elbow straight. The only downside is the size. It's huge. Could be a little bit more refined so u can wear it during the day also. Not suitable under clothing as too thick.

I bought this because of ulnar neuropathy. It was recommended by the neurology department/ so far I have found that it DOES stock my arm from bending under me and thus alleviates the symptoms. It's quite hot, so I wouldn't like to wear it in summer!

The splints need to be bent to make them wearable in my opinion. It's impossible to wear and sleep with elbows in a locked out position, it's just unatural. I just put a slight kink in mine and they work great no numbness at all. Any bend up to 45 degrees should be ok.

The splints themselves can come out while in use but they just need to be installed correctly, there is a lip that they need to sit under, once fiited correctly and bent they don't seem to come out.

Arrived quickly. Has been a great help with the symptoms, so much so that after 3 nights I was able to stop wearing at night and now only wearing for prolonged computer use at work.

Ordered late on a Friday and it arrived on the Tues. Splint is OK. Difficult to put on yourself, and it doesn't go tight enough for me, if you had small arms I think it would be too big for you. Would make more sense if there was some velcro on the inside so it could 'catch' before trying to put the straps over your arm.

I am using this product to sleep in due to waking with dead arms after laying on one and trying to train myself to sleep in a different way. The payment was easy, the delivery was excellent and the product and s good, only one slight problem is the metal splint is removable to clean the product but slides out during the night and wakes me up when stabbing into me. Only draw back is I am on the lower size limit so there was alot of excess bulk which was uncomfortable and made it slip down.

The item arrived quickly. It is a solid build and feels very supportive. I find it tricky to tighten the two velcro tapes but they are not rubbing on my skin and this is inevitable for any splint. The metal bar has never slid it and the fabric has not brought on my eczema. It was a good purchase and has reduced tingling in my fingers.

Having recently discovered the condition is a nerve one and not ligament (tennis elbow), the splint has been ideal to remind me to keep my arm straight. It’s not always possible to wear it for the whole night but it’s very helpful.

Purchasing this product online was very simple and it arrived in the post within a couple of days. I have been wearing the splint every night in bed and also been doing neck and elbow exercises for a week but am still to notice an improvement in my symptoms of numbness in my ring and little finger. I will continue in the hope that a combination of both splint and stretches will soon make a difference, I am encouraged by the experience of others and hope to avoid an orthopaedic referral.

I was recommended by my neurologist to wear some splints in bed at night. I looked at quite a few options, many more expensive than these, but opted for the ones from Health and Care. I am glad I did as they do a perfectly good job and for a lot less than I could have paid.

I had numbness in my hands during the night which kept waking me up. Nerve conductance tests showed I had trapped nerves in both elbows and I was advised to wear splints at night. After wearing them for a couple of hours I had terrible pain in both arms and so took them off. I was advised that the best angle for the splints was 40 to 50 degrees and so I bent then to 45 degrees and tried again. This time there was no pain. I have been wearing them for nearly a year and had very little numbness. There is no stitching at one end of the metal support and so it tended to slide out during the night. I fixed this with a staple gun. I have tried leaving them off on a few occasions and the numbness returned. They are looking a bit worn after a year but not sure whether the more expensive versions would wear any better. I have bought a second pair.

I bought this for my son who was complaining of tingling in little finger when pressing on elbow or bending It at night. This product has definitely helped him to keep his arm straight and he hasn't had symptoms since wearing it.

Does as it says. Feels comfortable on. It restricts movement well and I have woken up pain free upon wearing it. It could be worn over clothing when resting at home so you aren't tempted to bend your arm to use your phone/tablet etc. It is quite bulky so you wouldn't want to wear it out.

I've been wearing this splint at night for nearly 2 weeks and am already noticing an improvement to my ulnar nerve symptoms.

It's easy to put on (no help needed) and comfortable to wear as long as you make sure your arm isn't straight out at 180 degrees but slightly angled. Once I realised that, I've been sleeping like a baby! Would definitely recommend this product.

It's easy to fit. It stays on over night. There is no way you can move your elbow if you put it on correctly as it has a flat metal bit along the length of it. It fits my arms easily, which are a bit fat at the top. It arrived super fast. Excellent.

I bought this to help relieve the pain in my hand from cubital tunnel and it really has helped. I wear it every night and it is comfortable and effective.

The only slight negative is it is a little fiddly to get on and get the fit right with only one hand. It is also, I think, made for slightly bigger arms than mine as I have a bit of over wrap going on. These are not a major problems, just very minor difficulties.

I am not very happy with it because it won't stay up my arm it just slides down and therefore defeats the purpose. My husband has put it on for me every night and the same thing happens. I had my arm operated on over a year ago and it is no better in fact worse.

Splint is not padded so when you try to bend your arm while sleeping the quite sharp metal splint digs in and causes enough pain to wake you up, good idea but poorly designed, waste of 20 quid the cts is preferable to waking up 20 times a night

Exactly what it says it is. It is also easy to put on when by yourself and comfortable to wear. I was concerned it would disturb my sleep but i have had no problem wearing it.

A very comfortable splint to wear light weight yet with the bar inside it remains firm and keeps your arm in a straight position.

It does help immobilize the elbow, it's a bit tricky fitting it with one good arm though lol! Also no guidence on how to wear it (metal bar on inner or outer arm side??) I put the bar on inner arm, then tripped up and my arm instinctively flexed inwards to protect me and the metal bar further damaged my arm. Avoid over tightening the velcro as it restricts the blood flow. Common sense but still no instructions on safe use came with this thing. Thanks.

Well made and does the job without being uncomfortable. Only problem is sometimes metal rod comes out and touches skin. Fine unless you are allergic to metal which I am and maybe wouldn't happen if I had long arms which I don't!

Having suffered from pins and needles in the little and ring finger and down the side of my left hand for a few months I realised I had classic cubital tunnel syndrome, brought about my always leaning on my left elbow while I read or used my iPad.

I did a search and found this product and ordered immediately. I only used whilst doing the activities that caused the problem, I didn't need to wear it at night to sleep. Within a week the pins and needles had subsided dramatically and within 2 - 3 weeks had gone altogether! I have learned to hold my books and iPad in a different way to avoid it happening again but at least now I have the perfect cure if the problem recurs.

I can't recommend it highly enough!! I have a nurse friend who was sceptical about it when she first saw it but my results have proved her wrong!

Used for 10 months every (I mean every) night. Definite improvement but the condition has not totally gone. Right arm worse than left and had this condition over 3 years but do not want surgery. The metal bands come out and dig in your arms but I have stapled the fabric to stop this many times. Cub TS is is a debilitating condition at times and I mean that, but these splints have definitely helped. My symptoms caused by 2.5 hour conference phone calls at work with arm bent!

I was advised to rest my ulnar nerve at night and this excellently made and comfortable splint is well worth the money!

The splint arrived the day after I ordered it and I have been using it since to relieve my CTS pain with some effect. I am 6ft 2in tall so the splint may be a bit short for my arm as it tends to dig-in which it wouldn't do if it were a little longer.

Following months of sleepless nights I purchased this item - what a difference. This splint enables me to sleep throughout the night. Fantastic.

Combined with exercise programme the splint is proving effective. However it's 'one-size-fits-all' is a problem as it is made to accommodate large arms and on a medium to slim arm it is difficult to apply and is very bulky. It also makes the arm hot and could do with a lighter more breathable material. Overall it is worth the money

This splint has done the trick. It is good value and the delivery was fast

This is not the most elegant nightwear and is quite bulky but it does help keep my elbow straight. Early days but so far I have at least been able to feel my fingers in the mornings rather than waking to numb hands so that is an improvement. Not sure if I will be able to wear it in summer as is quite warm not so far so good.

Excellent product, delivered really quickly. It truly does prevent the overnight pain from cubital tunnel syndrome, by keeping your arm straight, yet it is not tight or uncomfortable.

I have used this splint every night since it arrived and have had NO numbness whatsoever. I would recommend it to anyone who suffers with numbness or pins and needles in hands/fingers

Good quality and reasonably priced splint. My only negative is that its rather large and would suit someone with broader arms than mine.

It does seem to help to relive the nagging pain that I've had in my elbow for the last few months though.

I bought this for my partner who has spent years sleeping on her elbow, until now because it has caused problems with the nerves and increasing sleepless nights. This splint now ensures she cannot sleep in that manner enclosing and supporting her arm comfortably. She loves it.

The product is good quality, well priced and delivered quickly. My husband wears it each night in bed and says its reasonably comfty. It is easy to put on, however, slightly tricky to tighten on your own.

Had the wife help put it on for the first time, thereafter I just slip it off in the morning and on at night. Found it very uncomfortable for the first few days, and the aluminium bar (on of the reasons I chose this one) annoyingly rubbed my elbow, but after a couple of weeks now, I don't notice anything untoward. Has it worked? Yes, no waking up with chronic pins and needles and numb fingers.

Started wearing this at night since I got it and my symptoms have improved, no more pins and needles. Though it 's not the most attractive thing to wear in bed!

A good product the use of which takes getting used to.

My husband has been in excruciating pain and this has helped ease his symptoms when sleeping as it keeps his arm straight (far better then wrapping in a towel which he had resulted in before we found this!)
