My mother previously had an amplified telephone, however with this new handset I had my first real telephone conversation with you for about 2 years, she heard every word I said and it was a real joy. Although being elderly she had no difficulty using the telephone once it was set up for her.
Bought one of these for my elderly father who has struggled to use the phone for ages. Was easy to set up and has enabled him to use the phone again - my mother was so relieved!
The service from H&C was really good, with email confirmation and speedy delivery....10/10 all round!
