Little Book of Learning Games

Why Are Motor Skills Important?

There are games in the Little Book using bean-bags, hoops, cards (available on a CD-ROM to print out), parachutes, dice and scarves as well as musical games for the accompanying Bright Beats CD. While playing some of the games, children will also be learning about colours, shapes, parts of the body, counting, number recognition and sequencing. Some games can be adapted for children with lower and higher abilities.
