I have only been using this item for one week. I saw the advert for the pipe on the internet and as I was really suffering with a bad cold and sinus problems I thought I would give it a go. A week on and I am feeling much better and my sinus problem is much improved. Having been quite unwell when I started using the pipe I feel that there has been significant improvement in my health and hope that with further use I will continue to improve. Alison Isle of Man

Service from Heath and Care exeptional- cheaper than amazon due to free delivery too. Salt pipe seems to be improving my night time cough but as only had for a week i will keep it going. It does also help you to inhale and exhale correctly which in turn helps.
