I have been really surprised at how good this is. From the very first use, I felt better, breathed easier and slept better. My wife has suffered terribly with nasal congestion (it may be pollops). She advises that the pipe has helped, especially at night. Believes it will take longer to be sure of the real value, so for now 3 stars.
