Door Contact Transmitter with Tamper and Low Battery Alarm (pager available as an addition)

The Door Contact Transmitter is a wireless door contact alarm with transmitted channel selection switch 1 - 4. Powered by a PP3 9V battery with an average battery life in excess of 12 months, the Door Contact Transmitter is installed in minutes requiring only a small screwdriver. When a door or window is opened a signal is transmitted to the selected KS-4 alarm channel. If the door remains open, the transmitter goes to standby and ends transmission. When the door is closed, the transmitter automatically re-arms itself ready for use when the door is re-opened.

The alarm can be installed in seconds to provide an alarm when a patient opens a bedroom door, or an exit door. Staff or care givers are alerted instantly when the door is opened. The Door Contact Alarm can be set to alarm specific channels of the pager enabling quick identification of the movement detector or door alarm that is sending the alarm signal. Four channels are available each having a different coloured LED.

The pager is suitable for daytime using the belt clip. The pager operates from a rechargeable 9 VOLT PP3 type battery with a single charge providing 72 hours use. General Specification: Frequency 433.92 Mhz. Coding by dip switch. Operating range 100M.

The Door Contact Transmitter will not work without an accompanying pager.
