This phone is transforming the life of my 87 year old mother, who was becoming increasingly unable to hold conversations on the phone - and this even without using the additional tone and volume boosters. Health and Care were excellent in helping me track the promptly delivered package even after my mother failed to hear the postman and the product was returned to the Royal Mail depot without any info card being left by them.
Just received this phone and found it to be the best ever ,purchased for my dad who has hearing aids in both ears and due to an infection was unable to hear the telephone.This has been great as at 86 we felt this was our way of communicting with him ,and because he could hear the phone you worry when they are on their own. He can hear without his hearing aid in it is so powerful.
I have bought and wasted my money on many-a-phone for my elderly parents. At last, a telephone they are are able to hear me talk - even on very low amplification settings. A fantastic product.

The standard of service was excellent when I rang to ask a couple of questions prior to purchase and it was delivered the very next day. I bought it for my husband who wears digital hearing aids, and he thinks it is brilliant, as he can change the tone as well.
My Mother is 93 and wears hearing aids she says this phone is wonderful for her because she can hear everything when people phone her and is a great buy and will recommend it to her friends at her day club

Capable of being Very loud. Can hurt normal ears but my mother can now hear my brothers from Canada and Malaysia. The phone is simple to use but she is getting very old 94 and takes a long time to adjust to new ways but is trying! Very helpful young man!
