Clear and loud enough without increasing volume for my husband who is slightly deaf, so must be a boon for people less fortunate. Hands free facility is very useful. Easy to set up, so combined with excellent service from your company deserves my 5 star rating.

We are delighted with the recently purchased telephone for my father who is hard of hearing and needs to use two hearing aids. No longer do we need to repeat the same thing time and time again. We can highly recommend this product.

We purchased this telephone for my mother who is 95 years old and a resident in a nursing home. Sadly, she has dementia and has just lost a lot of her hearing. As we live a few hundred miles away, our phone calls mean a lot to her. Her carer tells us that Mum CAN hear with the new phone although she is not good at responding because of the dementia. However, if she can hear our voices, she will know that we care.

Bought this phone for my 81 yr old mother. Finally, she can hear conversations clearly and see the keypad properly. Loud ringer and flashing red lights indicate incoming calls. Great product, can't fault it. Fast, free delivery, all round excellent customer service.
